‘Le Pondy’ - Resort at Pondicherry



This blog is my experience and opinions on a vacation to the resort - Le Pondy. After 6 months of lockdown, in the month of November, the Government opened certain places and we took a drive as a family to Pondy. This was one amazing and memorable outing for me. 


Firstly, their warm gesture was safe as they looked for our temperature before checking-in. At the reception, they were so kind and respectful to do the necessary things for us. We booked a private pool villa where the common pool was restricted and private pools were highly maintained by the resort. And I must tell you about the foods prepared and served, they were amazing, literally amazing and I have no other words to describe it. They also have a private beach but we were not allowed to bath, but we had a great time there. Maintenance of the beach was neat and tidy. 


I would also add that people are allowed specifically for common pools on any-day(Before COVID), and also they are allowed for photoshoots. Le Pondy is a great place for photoshoots as they have the best ambiance.


My days at the resort were so much fun, and we had our photoshoots there. It was a lovely place to spend as a family. Moreover, the place was so calm and peaceful that it really made us feel joyous and pleasant.

Baralikaadu - ECO Tourism🌳

 Baralikaadu is an ECO Tourism place situated 60kms away from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu(Near pillur dam). It is completely protected from pollutants by the Coimbatore Forest Division. Well protected spot for the nature lovers. To visit this place, one must prebook the number of visitors so that they provide lunch. It is open only on weekends(Saturday and Sunday). People who live there also have responsibilities to not pollute their environment and they cherish being there. As a visitor, I enjoyed visiting the place and spent one whole day with nature. Mobile networks will not work there, and that’s also a reason we can’t take out our phones. Perfect spot for one day trip who are in and around Coimbatore district.
